In order to provide flat shipping prices, I decided order limits were necessary. At present, there is 4 item limit for each pack option. There is also a limit of 150$ per order. Previously, there were no limits so shipping weights wildly varied. With these limits, I can provide flat rates all around.

Inventory drops are when stock is made available for purchase. When drops are announced, available stock will be open to purchase until inventory is sold out. All orders will be shipped out the week following the drop date. (Example: Drop is on Monday, orders will start shipping the following Monday)

The moment a product sells out pre-orders before the next drop will be made available if you would like! Pay 50% now and the rest on the drop date so you can buy before they sell out! They will then be shipped with all orders as scheduled.

All cookies are individually heat sealed the same day they are made. For peak texture and freshness, cookies are best enjoyed within the first 7-10 days when kept packaged at room temperature. In those same conditions, they will retain great flavor for up to 3 weeks. Alternatively, storing in the freezer allows peak freshness for 3 months. But be advised: Even with heat sealing - It is always advised to enjoy within the 7-10 day window if you are not storing.

At present, all cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs and soy. While not all contain nuts, they are all made in a facility that contains nuts. If you have a nut allergy, please avoid these cookies.

All cookies weigh in at approx. 5 oz. Big enough to share (or not, it’s your cookie!)

To ensure best you get the flavor and avoid weekend delays, most orders ship out Monday-Wednesday.

Given the perishable and consumable nature of baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases are final.
