In order to provide flat shipping prices, I decided order limits were necessary. At present, there is 4 item limit for each pack option. There is also a limit of 150$ per order. Previously, there were no limits so shipping weights wildly varied. With these limits, I can provide flat rates all around.

Every effort is made for your order to now ship within a short window of your submission. Below is an estimation of your delivery based on order date. Please note: Delivery date is purely an estimation based on the order date, fulfillment and shipment date, but is ultimately contingent on your location, weather and is subject to postal delays.

To ensure best you get the flavor and avoid weekend delays, most orders ship out Monday-Wednesday, unless local.

All cookies are individually heat sealed the same day they are made. For peak texture and freshness, cookies are best enjoyed within the first 7-10 days when kept packaged at room temperature. In those same conditions, they will retain great flavor for up to 3 weeks. Alternatively, storing in the freezer allows peak freshness for 3 months. But be advised: Even with heat sealing - It is always advised to enjoy within the 7-10 day window if you are not storing.

At present, all cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs and soy. While not all contain nuts, they are all made in a facility that contains nuts. If you have a nut allergy, please avoid these cookies.

All cookies weigh in at approx. 5 oz. Big enough to share (or not, it’s your cookie!)

Given the perishable and consumable nature of baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases are final.
